彰化152縣道　逢水必淹引民怨聲載道 http://ppt.cc/Vncm 好房News記者張文熹／彰化報導 逢水必淹！近幾天接連發生午後雷陣雨，儘管雨勢才持續十幾分鐘彰化縣二水鄉152縣道 倡和村路段就成了汪洋一片，有車輛甚至泡水拋錨，居民及用路人火大的聲浪此起彼落。 彰化縣政府說，針對二水鄉山區淹大水的情形，已責成工務處、水資處儘速改善。 二水鄉倡和村緊鄰八卦山脈，152縣道員集路是二水鄉通往南投縣名間鄉的主要道路，其 中倡和村鹿場路段屬林務局南投林管處的山坡地，疑似沒有做好水土保持，每逢大雨時湍 急的水流直奔而下，又加上員集路兩旁的排水功能不佳，以致出現淹水災情。 二水地區連續兩天的午後雷陣雨，讓人火大的是，只要下超過十五分鐘，該路段就會「做 大水」；3日下午4點多的一場雨後，152縣道42公里及42.8公里兩處的積水高度甚至都逾 30公分，地勢低窪路段的小客車幾乎快滅頂，不少車輛因此拋錨。 二水鄉代理鄉長董孟治表示，152縣道的淹水情況，經向縣長卓伯源反映，工務處經開會 研商，將動用開口契約廠商先行解決排水問題，另外，涉及林務局保安林地的水土保持部 分，同時也協調林務局南投林管處針對針對保安林地的水土保持部分先行進行緊急疏浚改 善事宜。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.87.54
