台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，21日下午在台大會議中心進行「這個國家瘋了，人民怎麼辦？」演講，演講中批評總統馬英九是「精神上的自戀症，政治上的自閉症」。
據《蘋果新聞》報導，柯文哲演講時表示，馬英九高唱民主，最後就變成人民的主人，有精神上的自戀症，政治上的自閉症。演講最後，大家都在關心柯文哲的下一步，柯文哲說，未來將繼續推動「酒駕防治基金會」，還要成立「聯合申冤中心」，為受迫害冤案的人發聲。
台下民眾報以熱烈掌聲，並高喊「柯市長時代來臨了」。當媒體詢問柯文哲是否參選時，並未給予正面回覆，只表示必須等準備好了再宣布消息。
