陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案，各界關注國軍禁閉制度，多名立委22日上午實地勘察陸軍269旅禁閉室。
立法院外交及國防委員會立委，上午10時在國防部官員陪同下，到洪仲丘被關禁閉的269旅高山頂營區禁閉室，了解禁閉室設備、環境及操課情形。民進黨立委黃偉哲視察後表示，軍方無法指出禁閉室16具監視器中，有那3具出現黑畫面；他也指出，監視器可以手動調整錄影畫面角度。
負責偵辦監視器變黑幕案的桃園地檢署，初步研判是有人以黑布遮蔽監視器，動機可能是為避免錄下惡整過程。
桃檢將陸續傳喚監視器廠商、269旅禁閉室士官、戰情官及遭軍檢函送桃檢的269旅政戰主任陳毅銘、被軍事法院收押的副旅長何江忠等4人。
除此之外，對於陸軍首度曝光的調查報告，將洪仲丘疑被不當處分、操練致死全推給戒護士陳毅勳，洪家家屬感到相當不滿。
