洪仲丘案檢方提新事證再押副旅長

軍檢偵辦洪仲丘猝死案，17日聲押涉案副旅長何江忠 (已調職)獲准，何的律師18日抗告，經最高軍事法院審理，裁定撤銷何的羈押。高等軍檢署檢察長史勝德今天表示，檢方昨晚再聲押，並提出新的事證，強調何江忠確實有串供之虞，全案漏夜辯論，高等軍事法院上午裁定羈押。

史勝德並未透露軍檢提新事證的內容，研判全案還有涉案者雖已被鎖定或列為被告，但因未羈押，在檢方提出有力證據情況下，高院因此裁定再羈押何江忠。
