聯電與數位電視解調器晶片設計公司高拓訊達(AltoBeam)共同宣布，高拓訊達採用聯電專利的12吋URAM嵌入式記憶體技術，推出DVB-T2/T/C/S2/S解調器，目前已有10多個製造商採用開始進行設計，有助將市場拓展至大陸市場以外的區域，穩固在數位電視領域的地位。
高拓訊達ATBM7812解調器採用聯電URAM嵌入式記憶體技術，具備更高的效能與更小的晶片尺寸，高拓訊達執行長曾朝煌表示，「高拓訊達是大陸DTMB市場中具有高市占率的領導者。這次推出ATBM7812將可幫助拓展至大陸市場以外的區域，並且進一步穩固我們在數位電視領域的地位。目前已有10餘個製造商採用ATBM7812開始進行設計。」
高拓訊達國際銷售副總鄧琦補充表示，「ATBM7812再次彰顯高拓訊達對數位電視廣播領域的承諾。將秉持在DTBM市場所提供的優質產品效能與客戶服務水準，持續服務DVB市場。」
聯電負責亞洲銷售的副總王國雍表示，「很榮幸能將聯華電子的先進技術優勢，提供給如高拓訊達這樣位居大陸市場領導地位的客戶。期待與大陸晶片設計公司有進一步的合作，藉由本公司所具備的全方位技術解決方案，包含了已驗證量產的12吋URAM製程，將可協助客戶提高其市場競爭力。」
