針對軍檢偵結陸軍下士洪仲丘猝死案，媒體人張友驊質疑軍檢，「沈威志關洪仲丘的動機是什麼？這才是重點！」張友驊說，沈威志過去曾經關過7個人，流程都要12天到16天，「為什麼關一個洪仲丘21個小時（流程）就出來？」這裡面的動機，就應該要好好的查。
張友驊31日在中天新聞《台灣顧問團》節目中質疑，洪仲丘所有的士評會議都是事後補件，這就是偽造文書，再加上旅長沈威志第一時間掌握士評會內容，以致副旅長何江忠能夠在半夜11點簽完禁閉公文後，隔天早上7點沈威志馬上批准。連軍高檢都百思不得其解。
張友驊質疑，洪仲丘的禁閉單經過精算後，居然才21小時，「連一天都不到？所以沈威志關洪仲丘的動機的是什麼？一定要釐清」。
至於消失的監視器影帶，張友驊強調，7月3日事發當天，542、269、584三個旅長都來到269旅，一直到7月4日包括六軍團也來到269旅，就在這一天進行第一階段滅證，之後在洪仲丘頭七前，洪家要求看監視器之後，進行第二次畫面滅證。
張友驊說，「如果這些畫面從一開始就不在，那這些借花獻佛，甚至禁閉生被操糗態畢露，難道我是在現場的嗎？」
