立法院今（31）日舉行服務貿易協議公聽會，兩岸協議監督聯盟召集人賴中強上演「跳針式」演出，他拿出開放產業清單，一項一項向召委江啟臣喊話，希望他能承諾一產業一公聽會，讓業者充分發表意見。
賴中強上台隨即拿出開放產業清單，開始跳針式演出，「為了市場研究及民意調查產業，希望主席承諾一產業一公聽會、為了管理顧問業，希望主席承諾一產業一公聽、為了畜牧服務業，希望主席承諾一產業一公聽、為了石油及天然礦業附帶服務業，希望主席承諾一產業一公聽、為了農業機械設備安裝業，希望主席承諾一產業一公聽....」。
賴中強8分鐘的時間，反覆要求江啟臣落實一產業一公會做法，最後時間結束，他無奈的說，「抱歉我的時間到了，主席我講不完，這怎麼講的完？」
他強調，連產業項目都念不完了，又怎麼能在一個短短的臨時會完成審查，他呼籲江啟臣必需一產業召開一公聽會，讓業者發表意見。賴中強的表現，也獲得台下民進黨立委熱烈鼓掌。
