輕颱尤特形成 朝巴士海峽前進

中央氣象局表示，今天凌晨2時熱帶性低氣壓在菲律賓東方海面增強為輕度颱風尤特，朝呂宋島和巴士海峽的方向前進。

氣象局指出，尤特為今年編號第11號颱風，中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南方1490公里海面上，以時速17公里，向西北西進行，中心附近最大風速每秒18公尺，7級風暴風半徑100公里。

預測明天凌晨2時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南方1140公里海面上。
