【短片】日東北部大淹水　中南部飆高溫

【綜合報導】日本全國在這2天出現極端氣候狀況，在北部和東北部的北海道、青森縣及岩手縣等，都出現暴雨，導致當地多處大淹水，今日氣象廳更表示這次岩手縣下暴雨的現象是「前所未見」，呼籲當地民眾注意。

另一方面，在日本中南部的京都、高知和福岡等地，最高溫都飆到攝氏37或38度，東京高溫也來到攝氏35度，氣象廳呼籲當地民眾多注意補充水分，以免中暑。另據統計，目前日本已經有700人因中暑送醫。
