【綜合報導】美國哈佛大學研究人員近日進行研究顯示，每日喝2杯熱巧克力，有助於腦部記憶力和思考力增強。

研究人員表示，該研究針對60名平均年齡73歲的老人進行實驗，讓他們每天喝2杯熱巧克力，持續30天下來，發現他們的記憶力和思考力有增強的趨勢。研究人員說，巧克力能增強腦部血流，進而讓大腦的思考力和記憶力增加，他們也希望該實驗能運用在治療阿茲罕默症(Alzheimer)上。
