懷疑路上的路燈接到家裡的電線...

家裡的電費一直很高，可是我家只有3個人，也沒什麼在用高耗電的產品。

之前也看過類似的新聞，公用設施接到民眾的電線，害民眾電費高漲。

所以想請問大家，要怎麼去查外面的路燈，是不是有接到家裡的電線？
