李珍妮女非骨肉？宣明智訴訟

去年曾轟動一時的聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智與名媛李珍妮的私生女風波出現大逆轉！周刊報導，宣明智已向法院提出「確認親子關係不存在」的訴訟，希望透過法律程序，確認自己並非李珍妮女兒的生父，預計1個月內就會宣判。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，李珍妮今年6月在女兒學校與其他家長聊天時曾突然表示，「女兒的生父不是宣明智！所以以後女兒可能會改姓。」且宣明智已經向台北地方法院家事法庭對李珍妮女兒提起「確認親子關係不存在」的訴訟，宣明智也透過律師發表聲明，承認確有對李珍妮之女提起訴訟，但依家事事件處理程序，依法不能公開，在法院做出裁判前，當事人不宜對外發言。

報導也指出，根據法界人士研判，宣明智之所以提起訴訟，應該是已經做過DNA鑑定，但因先前已承認女兒，並辦理認領，如果要撤銷父女關係，必須透過訴訟，一旦法院確認雙方沒有血緣關係，宣明智即可憑法院判決塗銷認領登記。

去年宣明智被周刊踢爆有個私生女，女兒的生母是李珍妮後，曾大動作召開記者會坦承一切，表示孩子都會認，不會規避，但也因為當初是靠太太陳淑珍給的本錢及支持，才能成功，宣明智因而將所有財產全都轉到陳淑珍名下。
