聖露西亞 每八萬人出一諾貝爾獎得主

馬英九總統在聖露西亞國會演說時，提及台灣新增的學士後醫學獎學金，獲第1、2名的都是露國學生，盛讚該國人文薈萃、文風鼎盛。人口僅17萬的聖露西亞，獨立至今才34年，卻已出了兩位諾貝爾獎得主，等於每8萬多人出一個諾貝爾獎，比率世界最高。
