針對麵包業者「胖達人」號稱產品使用天然食材，卻添加人工香精，國民黨立委廖正井今（26）日抨擊，台灣食品安全過去被大陸認為最嚴謹，如今卻因為不肖業者的作為蒙羞，對於商品標示法刑責問題，他呼籲應該修法，「刑責要判重一點！」
廖正井說，過去大陸認為台灣的食品安全最嚴謹，如今台灣卻不斷爆發食品安全問題，「政府應該檢討，哪些規定不嚴格或疏漏，應該補強，不能把台灣的榮耀毀在這些人手上」。
廖正井說，政府對於違法的業者應該要嚴懲，台灣食品業在國際響噹噹，也受到國際的肯定，「政府應該拿出魄力、嚴格把關」，他也呼籲政府應該修改商品標示法，對於違法的業者，「刑責要判重一點」！
