偷看女同事簡訊、威脅 男遭判

新北市一名羅姓男子，偷看已婚女同事的手機簡訊，發現她疑似發生婚外情，羅男突發奇想，竟以此威脅不得對公司有更多的要求，否則將把女同事「偷情」公諸於世。台北地院審理後，認定羅男觸犯恐嚇危安罪，判處拘役50天，得易科罰金五萬元; 至於羅偷看手機簡訊的行為，檢方認為並沒有妨害秘密的犯罪問題。
