毆幼教師還恐嚇「斷腳筋」　莽男被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】北市復興實驗高中附設幼兒園林姓老師，疑因入學問題和男子張台光起糾紛，去年10月19日清晨6時許，張男找好友林家弘、林萬豊助陣，到林姓老師住處守候，見林姓老師準備騎機車出時，竟將其安全帽扯下當武器一陣狂毆，造成老師全身多處挫傷、瘀傷，還撂話「你這5天不要出門上班，否則要斷你腳筋」。

事後警方循線找到2名林姓男子，並查出教唆的張男，將3人移送法辦，台北地檢署今依恐嚇、傷害等罪將3人起訴。
