【陳偉周／基隆報導】相當於3艘「麗星郵輪」的「海洋水手號」，今天上午8時許，停靠在基隆港碼頭，預計晚上8時離港。民眾見到郵輪興奮地大叫：「超級大！」更有許多攝影好手在海洋廣場上拍照。
