清晨輻射效應　各地日夜溫差大

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，今天清晨輻射冷卻效應仍明顯，今晨平地最低溫在嘉義10.2℃，其次是新竹10.5℃、台中12℃，各地日夜溫差大，台南以北及宜蘭地區的日夜溫差達到9至16度。

台南以北低溫僅11到14度，局部空曠地區仍有10度以下低溫，高屏地區低溫有16、17度；白天各地大多是晴朗穩定的天氣，高溫大致介於22到27度之間。
