鞋丟江宜樺判罰5千 女學生將抗告

最新消息，清華大學女學生孫致宇，朝行政院長江宜樺丟鞋，被士林地院處以5000元罰鍰，女學生將提出抗告。

清華大學女學生孫致宇，聲援華隆自救會員工，10月13日趁行政院長江宜樺邀學生觀賞「看見台灣」紀錄片時，將腳上的紅、白拖鞋朝江方向丟出，維安人員攔鞋「護駕」。

士林地方法院簡易庭依違反社會秩序維護法第85條，處女學生5000元罰鍰，女學生表示，這應屬言論自由，會提抗告，將在彰化火車站發表聲明。
