【短片】捷運車廂內抽菸　違法行為全都錄

【突發中心／台北報導】網路上流傳一段一名男子在捷運車廂內抽菸的影片，一名平頭戴眼鏡的男子坐在捷運車廂內的博愛座，翹著二郎腿就從口袋拿出香菸點燃開始吞雲吐霧，坐在對面的女子將整個過程拍攝了下來。

該名抽菸男子邊抽菸一邊將菸灰彈到車廂地板，抽菸的過程還假裝他是外國人，說著沒人聽得懂的話語，但是在過程中卻用流利的中文提到前總統李登輝及四面佛，懷疑是故意裝作是外國人然後在車上抽菸，在影片的後半段有女子出聲制止，但是該名男子還是持續吞雲吐霧，完全不理會，直到畫面出現背著書包的同學上前制止，該男子用流利的中文說聲謝謝，才在車廂的地板用腳踏熄香菸。

很多網友回應，該名男子抽的是假菸，也有網友表示為何要裝韓國人和日本人，影片快結束時有發現一旁站有車廂站務人員，但是影片並沒有交代該名男子是否有被開罰，由於無法證實該影片是在北捷還是高捷，詳細狀況還有待向捷運公司查證才可得知。
