參院財委會主席包可士內定駐北京大使

美國駐北京大使駱家輝無預警請辭，美國總統歐巴馬將找來蒙大拿州的聯邦參議員、參議院財政委員會主席包可士（Max Baucus）接掌新任駐北京大使。

參議員哈契和包可士的友人證實這項人事消息。包可士現年72歲，他早在今年4月就宣布不會參與明年的期中選舉爭取連任，他與歐巴馬關係良好，對於歐巴馬提出的健保改革和稅改等方案支持不遺餘力。
