標題[問題] WIN8.1...卡住了= =

大家好 剛剛把新的筆電從8按建議的更新到8.1 但是更新跑了半天之後 本來以為好了 結果突然畫面變成全黑的 點滑鼠 ENTER等等都沒有反應 但是電源鍵還是亮著.... 已經這樣20分鐘了...想請問這是正常的嗎? 我的筆電是最近剛買的asus R552J 原配就是win8的系統 剛有爬文好像沒有什麼安裝方面的問題...會黑屏好像都是筆電太舊的關係 但因為筆電是新的 想問有沒有人有遇到類似的問題或者有解決方法呢 從更新到現在快半小時了... 感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.108.193
