【上下游新聞】過年海鮮這樣挑！

海魚是過年的首選，因為價格高，在一家大夥團聚的時候食用，較不那麼奢侈。過去年夜飯常見的野生大黃魚、白鯧，因為棲地破壞及底拖網過度捕撈的情況下，數量驟減，澎湖養殖的「嘉鱲」便成了另一種選擇。嘉鱲在日本稱為「真鯛」，不但名字優雅，因為顏色討喜，肉質細嫩緊實，口味清甜，適合做各式的料理，是傳統祭祀、慶典、宴會常見的魚種。而且目前嘉鱲能以箱網養殖，暫無資源匱乏的顧慮。

紅魽及鮸魚則是傳統好魚，海口人琅琅上口的美味海鮮評比「一午、二鮸、三嘉鱲」，鮸魚更在嘉鱲魚之前，成為精選中的精選。不過，因為鮸魚棲息在沿近海的底泥環境，在近年海域汙染及過度捕撈的影響下，數量已少了許多，或許就先別吃他，讓他休養生息吧！

今年的紅魽及午仔魚產量較大，價格應該會相對降低，請別錯過囉！（上下游公民記者魚凱/海邊報導）
