今年是建商跑路的一年嗎?

今天看蘋果的房地產版
看到越來越多預售屋法拍物件
包括台北市、新北市、台中市都有
我猜大都為開案價喊太高太誇張，銷售不佳所造成
這本來就是可以預見的事情
人民所得低，房價卻越炒越高
根本不是一般民眾所能負擔
人口又逐漸減少，建案推量又爆多
請問那些建案到底要賣給誰阿?
不要跟我說賣給陸資，大陸炒房的現在都自顧不暇的
大陸房市面臨崩盤，很多投資客慘賠到脫褲子
繼香港、大陸之後，看來台灣是下一波崩盤的地方
你還在相信建商不會倒嗎?
