立法院初審通過兵役法條文修正案

立法院外交及國防委員會中午通過「兵役法施行法部分條文修正草案」初審，將放寬役男出境就學規定的限制，刪除出境就學不得逾徵兵及齡19歲之年12月31日的規定，但仍維持就學最高年齡，大學至24歲，研究所至27歲，博士班30歲及學制超過4年者，每增加1年，得延長就學最高年齡1年，博士班就讀最高年齡以33歲為限的規定，將原出境返國停留時間不得逾兩個月規定，放寬至不得逾3個月。

現行後備軍人及補充兵，具同父兄弟中已有半數以上在營服役條件者，得列入儘後召集的條件，為符合憲法及消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約所揭性別平等的精神，因此修正為「具兄弟姊妹中有半數以上在營服役條件者」。
