2014年4月；新北市吳姓精障男子與母親爭吵後，持球棒打死母親。

2013年9月；桃園中壢簡姓精障男子不滿樹遭砍，跟整地的劉姓男子爭執後，持石塊、鈍器打死對方。

2013年3月；台南甘姓精障男子買汽油，縱火燒死母親、繼父及弟弟，向警方自首。

2012年7月；台南林姓精障女子，發病猛踹六旬母親致死。

2011年9月；前雲林縣議員患有精神障礙的兒子赴友人家串門子，持刀將1名龔姓男子刺死。

2010年11月；北市楊姓精障男子持刀，狂砍陳姓大樓保全致死。
