瑞士或義大利長期(一年)居留問題

大家好 有一些問題想請教

1. 由於台灣護照在申根國家（歐盟）180天內只能待90天

希望能待久一點

不曉得有沒有什麼方式可以合法居留瑞士或義大利一年

像是利用核發工作簽證等方式 ?
參加語言學校?
(就類似花一些錢 和公司行號或商家合作 買個居留（工作）(學生)證
能夠待滿一年的

(有網友建議用語文學校的方式 不曉得是否有認識的(專門辦學生簽的)

不知是否有人有這方面的資訊
或可以幫忙的

2. 假設利用台灣護照免簽的方式
我2/6待到5/1 共85天
我使用申根記算機寄算是
若7/30號進來 只能待5天 (到8/4)
若7/31號進來 能再待90天 (到10/28)

想請問 這樣對嗎?

由於有聽朋友說 去年2013年10月又改了新的居留規定
所以想確認一下

若有違反版龜 請告知
