檢再提抗告　黃景泰21時3開羈押庭

基隆市議長黃景泰涉入收賄、關說案，昨天基隆地方法院再度裁定200萬元交保，基隆地檢署昨天晚間急送抗告書至高院審理，高院裁定撤銷發回地院更裁。基隆地院今天下午5時許表示，將於晚上9時，3度召開黃景泰的羈押庭。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
