囂張暴力集團 毆卸任檢察官

民視 – 

台中市警方，偵破一個在南投地區橫行，綽號「半山仔」的暴力討債集團，據了解，這個集團以動員快速、火拼兇殘，分工細密自豪，他們還曾毆傷轉任律師的前檢察官，甚至全程錄影傳送給事主觀看，目無法紀。

警方雖然趕到了，但被害人早就已經嚇到目瞪口呆，幾乎快要說不出話來，因為暴力討債集團成員，介入這家公司的股東財務糾紛，衝進去就是一陣亂棒伺候，只見辦公室桌椅等設備全都被搗毀殆盡。

據了解，這個暴力集團主嫌，知道成員如果私自販售槍彈，不但會將他押出公審毆打，還曾經受託到法院外毆打出庭律師，甚至將毆打的過程，用手機錄影，傳給受託人觀看。

幸好檢警在北中南18個據點，一舉拘提了主嫌等15人，最後依照違反組織犯罪條例、槍砲刀械管制條例等罪移送法辦。(民視新聞 林尚賢、賴政坤 台中報導)
