Moo0 File Monitor 是個相當實用的小工具，主要功能就是負責監控儲存在硬碟中的全部檔案、資料夾，看看什麼時候被修改或刪除，或者什麼時候新增了哪些檔案或被重新命名。

如果你希望能知道某些軟體或應用程式在運作時會「動到」哪些檔案或資料夾，在 Moo0 File Monitor 視窗中都能輕易觀察到各種細部變化。

使用時，我們可以任意調整即時監控的更新頻率，最短 0.5 秒，最長 5 分鐘。採集到的監控紀錄除了可以馬上在視窗中即時瀏覽之外，還可按右下角的「儲存日誌…」按鈕，另存成以表格展示的 .htm 網頁檔。
