對電信費率帳單有疑慮可否至電信行調合約？

我在威寶電信的合約即將滿兩年，當初申辦時記得自己是簽24個月的約，
但後來用電子帳單查帳上面寫36個月，也有去電信行詢問亦同。
由於我的合約沒有收好，現在面臨一些問題想要換機，
想請問能不能直接去電信行調當初簽約的合約出來看？(應該是一式兩單的吧，我和電信行各持有一單合約)
有上網查詢當年當月申辦的費率合約月數，發現有24/30/36三種@@
因為怕直接去問被拒絕，希望有人可以回覆我，謝謝
