文件夾小說偷看　公僕上班好爽

北市停管處人員利用公文夾做掩護，內藏小說，上班時間偷看，民眾直呼太誇張。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，北市吳先生指，本月15日下午到台北市交通事件裁決所洽公，現場設有2個台北市停車管理處的櫃台，他發現一名停管處人員拿著一個大公文夾，看似在辦公，但仔細一瞧，裡頭竟藏有一本小說。吳先生嘆：「或許這就是公務機關效率不彰的原因。」停管處表示，行為非常不妥，會懲處該員、從裁決所調回處本部，未來絕對不會再發生。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
