中國黃金總經理 被帶走調查

中新網證券頻道報導，中金黃金昨日晚間發布重大事項公告。公告稱，鑑於中金黃金總經理王榮湖於2014年9月17日被檢察機關帶走接受調查，目前無法履行總經理職務。中金黃金召開董事長辦公會議，決定由公司董事王晉定暫時代理總經理職務。公司現生產經營一切正常。

公開資料顯示，王榮湖現年50歲，其擔任中金黃金總經理始於2012年11月。當年11月27日，中金黃金召開董事會，由時任中金黃金董事長的孫兆學提名王榮湖擔任公司總經理。而在此之前，王榮湖歷任遼寧排山樓黃金礦業有限公司總經理、遼寧新都黃金有限責任公司執行董事、遼寧二道溝黃金礦業有限責任公司執行董事。在升任中金黃金總經理之前，王榮湖任中國黃金集團遼寧區域公司總經理，遼寧中金黃金有限責任公司執行董事、總經理。

有媒體引述分析人士觀點稱，王榮湖的被調查可能與不久前落馬的中國鋁業總經理孫兆學有關。此前有媒體曾報導稱，孫兆學被帶走調查，其中部分原因涉及其在中國黃金擔任總經理期間，其收購的礦產資源中存在一批高溢價的收購項目。2014/09/19
