標題[問題] 全能平板申辦和升4G問題請教

因為想辦全能平板方案， 所以今天跑去中華直營辦理4G降回3G(服務人員說後天就會好) 想問一下是不是等我後天確定降回3G後馬上就可以去辦全能平板方案? 另外全能平板升4G部分， 今天櫃台服務人員跟我說因為一個週期只能變動一次， 所以我要等10月才能再升4G， 但她又說全能平板升4G方案只能在9月底前升， 因此我辦全能平板就只能適用3G方案... 這跟爬文網友說的升4G延期到明年1月差蠻多的， 所以想問一下我這情況是趕在9月底前先辦好， 之後去中華還是可以升4G嗎?
