昇貿科技集團持續進行產品組合結構優化，效果逐漸發酵及顯現，第3季合併營收達15.63億元，為近7季以來新高，較第2季成長逾10%。

昇貿表示，9月雖受錫、銀等金屬原料價格走跌及客戶端訂單延遲影響，但在高階產品出貨穩定成長之下，合併營收達5.14億元，持續站穩5億元大關。

昇貿科技表示，近年來持續進行產品組合結構優化，高階產品營收比重持續成長。在應用於太陽能電池模組之鍍錫銅帶產品部份，呈現淡季不淡的現象，為滿足客戶端持續擴產的需求，新增產能已完工投產，月產能可達80MW(百萬瓦)以上，並持續觀察市況擴充產能，以因應預計可倍數成長出貨量。

另由於智慧型手機的蓬勃發展，使得相關零組件及半導體產業，對於焊錫相關的應用材料產品需求日益擴大，如半導體封裝產品所需的bumping錫膏、u-BGA超微細錫球及植球助焊劑等將陸續到位，展望未來，昇貿指出，在積極開發新客戶及高階產品營收持續成長下，獲利方面應能維持穩定成長。(中央社)
