冷颼颼！清晨淡水17.7度　今可再下探17度

今天清晨各地氣溫涼颼颼，淡水出現17.7℃低溫，嘉義及宜蘭清晨低溫也只有18.4℃，台北19.5℃。
 
中央氣象局表示，今天各地白天仍維持晴到多雲的穩定天氣，不過早晚受到東北季風及輻射冷卻效應影響，預估中部以北最低溫約17到19℃，其他地區約20到22℃，早晚感受到涼意相當明顯。至於白天北部、東半部地區高溫約24到28℃，中南部地區約29到31℃，日夜溫差較大，提醒早出晚歸的民眾記得添加衣物保暖。
 
氣象局也持續提醒，今天台灣各沿海仍有強陣風，海面的浪也相當大，前往海邊活動的民眾要特別注意安全。
 
氣象局預估，這波秋高氣爽的好天氣可持續到明天，周四起台灣附近水汽增多，北部、東北部地區轉為有短暫雨，其他地區維持多雲到晴，各地氣溫略微回升約1到2℃，不過早晚氣溫仍低、日夜溫差大。（張勵德／台北報導）
