南韓培育抗癌小白菜 可望大面積種植

南韓研究人員培育出抗癌成分極高的小白菜，據稱效果為普通白菜的四倍以上，未來有望大面積推廣。

新浪網報導，這種抗癌小白菜中含有大量β胡蘿蔔素，是具有抗癌功能的蔬菜，也是世界上獨一無二的品種。

據了解，南韓忠清北道的種子研究員朴東福（譯音）花費15年時間，透過與白菜雜交的方式培育出符合韓國人飲食習慣的抗癌小白菜。朴東福表示，抗癌小白菜比普通白菜抑制癌細胞生長的效果更顯著，他在肝癌、乳腺癌、腸癌和皮膚癌等多種癌細胞中加入脫水的抗癌小白菜後發現，癌細胞生長緩慢並漸漸死亡。

報導說，抗癌小白菜的種植方法與普通白菜差別不大，可望大面積推廣。
