黑心油商永成久豐未繳罰款3千萬　今移送

嘉義縣永成物料和久豐油脂，將動物飼料用油偽稱食用油販賣予食品廠，遭嘉義縣政府依違反食品安全衛生管理法，科處罰鍰台幣3千萬元並自10月13日停業6個月。但迄今永成和久豐都未繳罰款，縣府表示，行政裁處書送達迄今已逾7日，縣府今天裁罰，移送法務部行政執行署嘉義分署強制執行。
 
嘉義縣政府認屬違反情節重大，10月13日將行政裁處書送達兩家業者收執，裁處書中載明「接到行政裁處書7日內逕向本縣衛生局或各地金融機構繳交罰鍰，罰鍰逾期未繳者，移送法務部行政執行署嘉義分署強制執行」。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
