統一啟動退貨機制　將另行公告辦法

統一（1216）今天傍晚在公開資訊觀測站中公告，疑受此批貨源污染的相關牛肉風味速食麵產品共17項及供貨給7-ELEVEn關東煮 麻辣鍋油包。

不過產品因製造日期前後不一，17項相關牛肉風味速食麵產品有效日期含括 至2014.12.16~2015.1.26期間。統一表示，有疑慮之7-ELEVEn關東煮麻辣鍋油包已請各門市全數盤點下架。

統一已在第一時間主動通報台南市政府衛生局，並與政府相關單位著手進行調查， 同時決定即時採行預防性下架措施，並啟動第一階段消費者對此產品有疑慮者的退貨機制。相關消費者退換貨辦法將刊登新聞稿另行公告。

至於7-ELEVEn關東煮部分，因發票無法分辨麻辣或原味湯底，故本辦法不限口味一體 適用。適用退換貨發票期間：2014.7.14~2014.10.24。（林海／台北報導）
