晶圓代工廠台積電董事長張忠謀以天氣形容全球經濟狀況，表示「陰陰的」，且會還維持幾年。

台積電今天舉行運動會，張忠謀接受媒體訪問時表示，以天氣形容全球經濟情勢，目前是「陰陰的」；雖然還沒有下雨，不過，不是陽光燦爛。

張忠謀指出，美國經濟是目前全球最好；日本經濟曾經好過，安倍晉三的三箭現在看起來有點疲乏，消費稅對經濟不好，第三箭不太行。

歐洲情勢則不太好，張忠謀說，台灣經濟也不會很好。張忠謀同時預期，全球經濟情勢「陰陰的」可能要維持幾年，大家要接受。(中央社)
