室友決定明年要回台中工作。預計住到12月底1月初，想問是否有人在找分租房間。住家位於春日路及經國路交叉路口巷子附近。附近有大型超市、傳統市場，生活機能方便因為是住宅區算蠻安靜，附近都是老住戶治安不錯。已經在這裡住了快3年，覺得環境很不錯，要搬家也麻煩所以想重新找可以分租的室友。房子構造是老住家全新裝潢過的2層公寓式房子，我們住在2樓，木質地板，白色牆壁。共2房、2廳(小客廳、廚房)、1衛浴。我很愛乾淨都會時不時打掃。有女生一起作伴租屋比較安全又不孤單，另外我的作息也很正常，保證不會吵鬧隨便帶男生回家住。歡迎有意願者站內信尋問細節！謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.85.209.208 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Taoyuan/M.1415023624.A.140.html
