一、蔥的保存法

1.將一次買齊的蔥洗淨,然後分別切成蔥花、蔥段。

2.將蔥花確實鋪平,準備擺放下一層

3.擺放蔥段前,先鋪上乾淨塑膠袋分隔。

4.然後才放入切好的蔥段,同樣記得要鋪平。

5.最後蓋上保鮮盒密封保鮮,放入冷凍庫保存。
