糙米飯營養又屬於低升糖指數食物(包含其他未精製穀類).食用人少.大部份
素餐廳有.但是對一般餐廳之準備言有其困難.想以冷凍後再加熱方式供應.
1.微波加熱 2.單獨蒸熱 3.與要蒸熟的菜一起蒸熱
何者經濟實用其方法技巧.
