紅單駕照問題

請問各位大大

小弟我機車紅單以前有欠費欠了好幾萬

民國93年有去考汽車駕照

考過了但是監理站人員說我有紅單未繳清

所以汽車駕照不能給我要把紅單全部繳清才能給

現在經過了10年小弟現在很想去把哪些紅單用分期的

慢慢繳完請問欠費的紅單真的全部都繳完的話當初民國93年考的

汽車駕照會還給我嗎? 還是要重考? 請問分期最多只能12期嗎?

每1期的費用可以拿去哪裡繳呢? 然後小弟現在很想去考個機車駕照

是要把紅單繳完在去考呢? 還是現在去考?
