具伊波拉療效日藥恐被陸仿製

（中央社記者楊明珠東京10日專電）日本媒體報導，富士軟片控股公司旗下的富山化學工業公司，研發的流感治療藥物Avigan，可能是全球首個獲認證的抗伊波拉藥物，卻傳出中國大陸的藥廠可能侵權仿製。

日本「讀賣新聞」等媒體報導，富士軟片控股公司擁有Avigan的專利，但中國大陸的藥品大廠「四環醫藥」正仿製Avigan的藥品。

世界衛生組織（WHO）的人員指出，在大陸開發的藥物成分與Avigan相同。

富士軟片控股公司從2004年到2013年間，取得在大陸與Avigan有關的專利，其他藥廠不得擅自製造同樣成分的藥品。

富士軟片控股公司已要求中國大陸政府調查。如果確定侵權屬實，將要求大陸這家藥廠停止製造，並打算提告。1031210
