求Google play遊戲內的付款方式!!!

各位大大好，我手機有玩個從google play下載下來的遊戲…遊戲裡面有個東西我想買，但好像要用真錢，他上面寫NT$120.00 這是什麼意思？要怎麼買？說什麼要綁定信用卡，可不可以不要用信用卡的方式而用別的呢？如果google play只能用信用卡來買的話那就給我方法吧Q口Q……
