電腦用到一半突然沒反應可是滑鼠跟鍵盤都可以動(20點)

最近電腦玩到一半突然就會沒反應點開的網頁原本可以按也不能按
可是"滑鼠跟鍵盤都還可以用" Line也可以繼續傳訊息
有一些東西能開有一些不能開(EX:網頁)
如果一直點他就會顯示那個程式沒有反應可是也沒辦法關掉
就直接卡在那而且也不能"關機"
我按"工作管理員"也都沒反應(等一段時間螢幕還會變全部黑色)
我按"切換使用者"有動了可是之後螢幕就的燈就變橘色的了
每次我都要按主機上的重開機才有辦法繼續用可是過一段時間又盪了
最近才開始這樣的防毒軟體也都沒有檢查出什麼我用過還原
也還是會一直這樣是電腦的設備出問題還是什麼東西嗎?
有哪位大大可以幫我解答拜託了我怕電腦會被我按到壞掉感謝你~
