年終砍3成？華航員工嗆明總公司抗議

華航日前敲定年終獎金發放標準為4.5萬元，相較去年6至7萬元的平均標準，年終縮水2成5到3成5，引發部分華航員工不滿，部分機師、維修人員、空服員已經展開串聯，預計明（19）日到華航台北總公司抗議。華航則表示，除了年終獎金，華航4月發放激勵金、員工總計可拿到2-3個月的薪資。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，有華航員工爆料，今年年終獎金僅有4.5萬元，相較去年6-7萬元大幅縮水。而今年僅調薪2.5％，遠低於工會提出的7％，員工痛批去年一年飛了不少紅眼航班，卻換到這樣結果，根本是血汗工廠。

華航公關副總郭興長表示，今年除發放春節獎金4.5萬元之外，還有保障員工的第13個月月薪，此外，今年4月也將發放1個月的激勵獎勵金，總計員工將會拿到2-3個月薪資，比去年年終加上考績獎金還多。此外，華航也自今年1月1日起加薪2.5％，並預計在7月依團體協約協商發放年中獎金。這些都是華航與工會經過三次協商，並達成的共識，抗議的只是少數份子。

華航工會也表示，該抗議活動與華航企業工會無關，工會將不會出席抗議活動。
