台南市議長李全教競選市議員時的黃姓競選總幹事及兩名樁腳涉賄，台南市副議長郭信良官田鋼鐵環評案涉貪、還涉詐欺取財案，26日遭南檢起訴。台南市長賴清德受訪表示，支持司法單位的查辦，這樣地方自治才有可能有清明的一天。

賴清德出席公開活動受訪表示，我們支持檢方、司法單位嚴格辦理各種不法，如果行政單位不法就辦行政單位，民進黨不法就辦民進黨，國民黨不法就辦國民黨，議會不法就辦議會，不分黨派、不分官位職等，這樣地方自治才有可能有清明的一天，我們完全支持司法單位的查辦。
