大雨特報大台北宜蘭局部大雨

中央氣象局表示，東北季風影響，基隆北海岸、大台北及宜蘭地區今天有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨及強陣風。

中央氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典在臉書指出，今天降雨機率相對的高鋒面已經移到台灣東側，鋒面後方暖空氣被舉升，加上地形的影響，台灣上空今天雲量多，部分地區降雨還蠻持續的，只是雨勢並不特別大，所以大雨特報只包括基隆北海岸、大台北及宜蘭地區。
